Museums

An incredible thing to do in Toronto is going to visit the magnificent museums that Toronto offers to you.

So you can start by visiting Casa Loma which is located at 1 Austin Terrace, Toronto. It’s a big mansion and a garden in midtown. It was constructed as a residence for financier Sir Henry Pellatt but in these days the house is open to the public. If you want to feel like the royalty, come here.

But if you want something more fun, you can go to the ROM (Royal Ontario Museum) located at 100 Queens Park, Toronto, ON M5S 2C6.

Every Friday they have live events where they let you drink and dance around the artefacts. It’s pretty cool, the museum has a lot of activities, you just need to search what activity is going to be on the day that you will go to visit.

Practically in Toronto there are many types of museums. If you are more into the arts you can go to the Art Gallery of Ontario which is at 317 Dundas St W, Toronto. In this museum you can find a big collection of art and you can have so much fun but only if you really enjoy the arts. The best thing about this museum is that you can go for free! if you don’t want to spend a lot or you don’t count with much money, you can go to another museum like the art museum for free.

One of them is the Bata Shoe Museum located in 327 Bloor St W, Toronto, and if you want to go for free I recommend you to go on Wednesday. Here you can find the most comprehensive collection of shoes and related objects.
